Membership

Our podcast membership program rewards creators who record consistently and offers some of the BIGGEST DISCOUNTS on bookings in New York City while maintaining the HIGHEST-QUALITY audio and video. It is a monthly membership and operates on an hourly structure, allowing members to schedule podcast sessions whenever they want in a given month so long as they meet the 2 hour minimum requirement per session. Depending on their creative needs, members can book anywhere from 4 to 12 hours a month.

FAQs

Upon checking out, a studio representative will reach out to you within six hours to collect information about your session dates, times, and special requests. If you have any immediate questions, please reach out to us at (929) 430-5299 orinfo@needtoknowstudios.comat any time.

Monthly hours expire 30 days after your monthly service begins. Any unused hours cannot be redeemed after expiring.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. 

Unfortunately, if cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice, no refund will be issued. However, sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice.

Sessions can’t be rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice and are not eligible for a refund if you cannot attend the booking.
